How does nutrition coaching work?

The initial consultation stage will tell your coach most of what they need to know. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or both(building muscle while dropping body fat), they’ll be figuring out the right plan for you right away. Dietary needs and current eating habits will be discussed. 

Your coach will then check in with you twice a week, whether in-person, over the phone, or by email.

With each package, you’ll have full access to your trainer with constant communication. Your trainer will make sure you’re following the right advice and putting enough time in. This will include flexible meal plans and workout plans. Your workout form will be checked so you can be sure you’re doing it right, and then you’ll be given goals in the form of target weights and rep counts.

On hard days, sometimes, all you need is a little kick. Your trainer is with you the whole way.

In addition to 1-on-1, small group training is also available.
